Twitter 'Joke' Man Wins High Court Appeal

A man found guilty of sending a "menacing" tweet about a South Yorkshire airport has won his appeal against the conviction.

Paul Chambers was convicted at Doncaster Magistrates Court in 2010 after tweeting that he would like to blow Robin Hood Airport "sky high" when it was closed due to bad weather.

Chambers, a former trainee accountant, was ordered to pay a £385 fine and £600 in costs.
