Britain's Nicola Adams has become the first woman to win an Olympic boxing gold.
The 29-year-old from Leeds easily outfought China's Cancan Ren in the women's Flyweight final at the ExCeL arena.
Adams, who was cheered on by an ecstatic crowd, was never seriously threatened by her opponent.
It was the second gold of the afternoon fior Team GB after Charlotte Dujardin won the individual dressage at Greenwich Park.
